Want to get my motor rebuilt

Hey everyone, just want some opinions on what you all think i should do...i have a KA24DE with 80K or so on it, it's in good condition but i want some work to be done for a turbo setup

i want head work definately but stock cams, just so it'll flow a little better for the turbo. and i definately want it hot tanked to clean it out really good...and i definately want a 5 angle valve job (dont really know what it is :pface i jus kno everyone does it). but i think i can keep stock rods and pistons, just have some new rings put in...what do you all think?

i want to run 12 lbs on a slightly modified (larger injectors) Nsport kit...
