Logically, why would you want to put lights under your car? Do you frequently drop your keys, or change, or other things and need the extra illumination to find them in your driveway?

Speaking of seeing Ryan's sig for the first time. I just did.

I am now utterly unshakeable in my certainty that Adam's singular goal in life is to star in a pornographic remake of "Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood."

We had an LED light thread that was spam just yesterday. I had to convert it to win.

I think I'm going to put little LED strips under the Ruckus, just because it'd be so dumb it's awesome.

One Dumb Thing + Other Dumb Thing = Awesome
(LED Strips) + (modified scooter) = Profit

gregg (if that is, indeed, your real name), the general feedback you are going to get here is sarcastic, because basically the only people who really think underbody lighting is cool are (1) 15-year-olds who just saw "The Fast and the Furious" for the first time; (2) salespeople for underbody lighting system manufacturers; or (3) you. That is assuming you don't fall into either of the first two categories.

If you are interested in a kit, I would suggest you call the manufacturer and ask them your installation questions -- they are going to know much better than we do. Good luck!

I like undercar glow but like anything it has to be done well or it invites merciless ridicule.

Okay, four categories, then.

But I think even TMS would agree that bootys are better than underglow.

Like underglow, the execution must be flawless or it induces vomiting.

Gregg, all teasing aside, I'm sure there some folks in the 240sx or Altima Coupe sections of NICO that actually have those underside LED's or neon lights already on their cars. I'm sure the kits come with mounting instructions and hardware, but, I think they might be in a better position to help you than here in General Chat.

If it were Nala asking this advice, the response would likely have been different... :chuckle:

The 90's called, they want their glow kit back. Seriously nobody does glow kits anymore, I haven't seen any in like 5 years and I live in an area where riced out cars are everywhere. Glow kits went out of style before the Lambo door fad came and went.
