like it says if any one has one i would like to buy it must be in working condition.let me know how much shipped to tucson az 85714or if u know were i could get one.

did you check and thoroughly clean youre cables, the only reason i ask is because i almost bought another starter and it ended up being my cables, started the day before, then it wuold just click.just fyi

Try giving JHOT a call. I was up there last week, and I know they have a RB20 parts motor. I was the only one to get anything off of it so far, so they should still have the starter.

yep im positive i got new cables recharged battery and ive messed with grounds cleaned them, relocated them and added new ones also ive double and triple checked my wiring, and im definetely getting power to it when i push the clutch and turn the key.

thanks guys ill give venus and jhot a call tommorow any one else know of any other place.

well since your takin the thing out anyways, pop it out, supply direct power to it and see if it engages. Couldn't hurt

wow so much help in a thread when i thought it would be locked haha, another option is take it off have it tested, and find a place that re-builds starters and alternators. then you have somthing that you know will werk for a while.

I have got both my rb20 and 26 starters rebuilt. cost me 80 a pop. The guy that did them for me put a 3 year waranty on them too. F buying a used one. I work at a parts store and i would have the thing tested before you do anything. Take the starter out and they will put on there tester and load test the thing. It will tell you if you pass or fail. then you will realy know if its your grounds.

I have no idea if it would work, but I have an RB30 starter you could have for shipping if you want it.
