You might want to check with some of our sponsors who sell OEM parts, such as Midway Nissan or Pinnacle Nissan.

Dan, Versa Center armrests are being sold on EBay. I bought a new 2003 Honda Odyssey and found a center armrest there for about 100 bucks a few years ago. It was easy to install and brought my elbow up to the right height for driving.

My new Versa SL has a nice center armrest included in the package, and it really feels like it's in the right place too, but has very little usable storage space..I just have a EBay search for "2007 Versa" bookmarked and check it regularly for Versa Options. I have bought a 'magnetic oil dain plug' , chrome door handle trim, sheepskin seat covers and a set of 4 Vent Visors so far off EBAy. (The Versa has really large side windows and short sunvisors)

I got my chrome tailpipe extension in a local auto parts store, and I have also trimmed the front black plastic grill with chrome.

Looking Gooood.

So far I've only heard of one person purchasing from these guys. He had complaints about cheap workmanship, peeling paint, and rust on the hinges. I've also seen what looks like the exact same ones on ebay, but from the looks of the pictures it looks like they too have experienced the same problem. If you're concerned about quality, OEM's the way to go until someone else can match OEM.
