Can I add a amp and sub with a set of 6x9's to the original factory setup? I will be getting it done by a Pro shop of course.

The stock head unit does not have a line level output. You will need a level converter for the amp... or an amp that accepts speaker level inputs.

As for speakers, stock front door speakers are 6x9, rear doors are 6.5". Not sure if you are adding or replacing speakers.

Car stereo's are a black art.... I am not the most knowledgeable. Personally, I would focus on a better head unit first.... it seems to be the stock system's weak point.
