I can only tell you how he did it.
Parts list;R32 Skyline hoodR32 Skyline fendersR32 Skyline bumperR32 radiator supportR32 headlights and corner lights (with wiring)240SX fenders
Procedure;take off the 240 hood, bumper and lights, leave the fenders on for now.
drill out the spot welds holding the 240 radiator support the the car, remove.
carefully lay the 240 hood on the R32 and trace the windsheild outline.
the R32 has more curve in the windsheild so grind the back corners to match the 240's windsheild line, fill and paint as needed.
bolt the R32 hood on and line it up to the 240 fenders.
using the hood latch catch as a point of reference, trim back the unibody so the R32 radiator support lines up with the hood and is even. hold it temporarily with vise grips, pop rivets or a couple of spot welds.
measure than measure again to be sure it is square and install the lights.
pull the 240 fenders and cut them in the middle of the wheel arch, put the rear portions back on and realign to the door and hood.
cut the R32 fenders to mate up with the 240 fenders, bolt them up to confirm the peices fit the hood and lights before tacking the two peices together.
finish welding and blend the two fenders together, the contours are not the same they will need massaging to look right. test fit the again to confirm they are perfect, fill and paint as needed.
Once you are sure everything is perfect finish welding and paint the R32 radiator support.
wire up the lights and get ready for a suprise, they aim the wrong way. We drive on the left here, you will be blinding evrybody in the oncoming lane. I am not sure how much adjustment you have there, you will likely fail inspection.
good luck, if you are not good at bodywork, give it to somone who is because it's a tough one.
