Welcome aboard!

I think I'd have a look at this: https://isimple.com/catalog/listen-to-music/isbt32

I don't think the 350 has an aux jack. I used a "usa spec" kit (BT45) to add bluetooth to my 06.

I'm dreading when the aux in jack goes away. Bluetooth audio has never been good enough to replace wired sound.

The 350z enjoys the benefit of the stereo NOT being part of a modern info-tainment system. This means you can easily change out the deck for something modern with built-in bluetooth for well under $100. I can't do that in my 08 M35, the audio is part of the climate control and the car's computer settings, etc...

I have a Pioneer touch screen headunit installed with Bluetooth and a backup camera. Perfect fit being that the stock unit is double DIN. The Bluetooth works fine in my roadster. If I'm on the highway people can still hear me, but it isn't great.
