Just thought that this was an interesting auction. I wonder if this happens often, is real, etc...

Wow, that's a crammed house for such a young guy. Interesting idea but some big question marks. including where the house is located, what repairs it needs, whether any liens are attached to including it or any other of his assets, conditions of the boat/cars. What he used to calculate values.

I'm surprised eBay is allowing this. They usually delete auctions like this.

Wait, wait, wait...4 bed, 2 bath house? $1,000,000?! Even full of stuff, that's...at least 3 times what it's worth. On a GOOD sale.

If that house was in Camden NJ, which is laying off half it's police force, you'd have 2 too many zeroes for value.

Even with everything included, there's no way you could ever truly "flip" the whole sale and make money. Maybe if included in the sale he left the passwords to his bank accounts...since you are in fact buying his "life"

But I agree with the Minister of Doom bad investment for anyone. I'd pay 200,000 for everything he currently owns because the only things that are really sellable are the house (which could probably get 185000) and the cars which you could get a couple grand for. I'm sure the guitars and collectibles would sell pretty easily too, but you'd have to sell them cheap to get them moving.
