About halfway through, I was trying to figure out WTF with that imagine character making the statement about owning a 240 without an SR being like tuning a RWD Honda. RWD Honda? That would be the NSX and the S2000 right? Why would tuning EITHER of those be bad in ANY way? Former made it through a whole page? Damn.

I was very much amused by the guy with the Imagine screename. the ka' has potential. the sr20det is not the only option you could go for. and yes, you can drag-race a 240sx. it's been done. not to mention street racing is gay. AGH! i hate stupid people!!! don't people know that you can do anything with a little bit of know how and ingeniuty?? and they're talking about ricers. they're all probably ricers trying to act like they're tuners. i mean, ricers are the ones who streetrace their cars on a regular basis and do nothing else anyhow!

i want to go and beat this Imagine guy up. seriously. and i plan to keep my 240sx forever and a day, i'll never get sick of it. albeit, i will probably have another car as a daily driver. but it will always be with me. i'll try my best to keep it.

Wow... I suppose these guys think a Civic is a good platform for a racecar... what idiots. It makes me feel bad about myself knowing I'm a youth too.

240s can be made into any kind of car. They can drag (although thats a waste of a 240), they can drift, they can auto-x, and they make killer cars for the road course. Have these guys never watched the GT300 series? Idiots I say, IDIOTS!

In my opinion, 240s are much more at home on a road course and not a drag strip. I should have worded it a little different.

since when have 240s become so so popular, did i miss somthing !??! seems to me none of the people have one and they are all jealous cause they want one but they are bashing on people for wanting them or getting them for being trendy but yet they are wanting them for that reason !! none have mentiond a Ca motor along with talking about them !! i skiped to pg 14 these people really dont know their stuff ahaha the iggnorant masses suck

I dont see where you get that opinion from. just looking at stock? If we just went by stock, most every would be crappy at the strip..

I personally agree with ivebeenbad, sure 240's can drag, and do well at it too. but man, the car has a wonderful road demeanor about it, i autocross and i was impressed with it stock. of course, there's always room for improvement.

ha! public transportation for all non-enthusiast's would rule! .. in some kind of 3rd dimension

what a dreamworld that would be...

just think, the only people on the road would be people who take driving seriously! whoa! that would knock off about 3/4 of the traffic off the road! there would probably be less accidents too! what a great idea...
