It should be legal everywhere...but cops will obviously watch you a lot harder because its something they've never seen before.

AFAIK RHD is legal without any kind of permit. I for one think its a pretty cool mod that takes a ton of custom work and effort, however alotta people here diagree, so be prepaired to get flamed. And if you search aroudn there are several threads about converting to RHD.

LOL. You beat me to it. I've never heard of anyone getting pulled over for that and I know a few people with RHD cars.

why in the HELL would you want to CONVERT your lhd to rhd? thats the stupidest, biggest waste of money i have EVER heard of. id sooner buy altezzas.

this JDM bull**** has gone too far. rhd is SEVERELY at a disadvantage. we have the wheel on the left side for a reason. its dangerous, expensive, has ZERO performance value.

LOL @ Tom...

Tom, don't you get it? He's SPECIAL - And wants the world to know it...:rolleyes

Besides, dumping $3-5K into a car with a salvaged title is fiscally responsible. It'll keep him from spending all that extra money on things that are bad for him (like beer and cigarettes). :D

wow, that was one hell of a flame man...

RHD is interesting to say the least. If you are a mailman, it would be helpful.

yeah i too am thinking of doing the conversion, in my area ther is only one other car i no of that has i t and so i would be more original in my area, i don't see why everyone blows up at u for doing/wanting RHD conversion, it could be worse, id much rather see a 240 driving down the road thats RHD than a 240 Type R, SIR, VTec, NOS fed, with a huge *** aluminum wing and 4 non-matching crome hub caps rollin around

it wouldnt be a waste of money if he is going to drop a GTR engine in it, still be able to keep the twin turbo set up.
