So, recently I've been experiencing some nasty jerks in steering while highway dirivng and some city driving... if im not in the groove of the high way or change lanes or hit some bumps the car seems to want to try to steer itself... moreso in the front than the rear. Rear feels to be stable but steering wheel goes all over the place....

How old are your bushings?
When's the last time you had an alignment?
When did the jerking start happening?

Bushings have never been replaced.

Haven't had an alignment since I've had the car, it does wanna go to the left.

Jerking has been getting increasingly worse.

Needs new tires that I just bought, prob is worse on slick surfaces, guessing bc of the bald tires. However, still wants to steer itself on dry asphalt...

Put on those new tires, check your bushings, replace anything that looks worn, then get an alignment.
