Most of the time Walbros last pretty long time but Ive heard of them failing so its not unusual.

3 years for me also with no problems and I don't fill up until the light comes on most of the time (I go through fuel filters alot too so...) and it runs like a champ. I've also heard people say theirs are loud but mine certainly doesn't seem to be, I can't really hear it unless I'm trying to with the car off and just turning the ignition on.

The Tomie fuel pump is rated at 255lph just like the Walbro and the Denso..And i was thinking about doing the z32 TT pump. But i like the way the tomie pump just bolts up like stock...How hard is it to do the z32 pump?

well i dont think its suppose to make a loud grinding sound more like a.....whining sound.

actually from what ive seen the tomei is rated at 248, miniscule difference, but youre paying over twice as much

afaik the z32 bolts right up, and is rated to crazy levels...you could also look into an aeromotive

I ran a Walbro in my Buick for a few years w/o any problems at all. Have you contacted the company?

If you need mad flow, man up to the Weldon fuel pump:
