No, your fuel pressure will go up. End of story. It has nothing to do with a broken FPR. I tried a brand new one on my car, still had high fuel pressure. Put the other fuel pump back in, went down. I run an adjustable FPR now. If the pump is flowing more CFM through the same size opening, you will have more pressure in the rail, it's very simple math.:: orion :: wrote:As long as your FPR is in OK shape, NOTHING will change.
A lot of people will say their base fuel pressure went up when they installed a Walbro, but that's usually due to a bad or dying FPR.
Basically, it will run just like stock, but have the capacity to flow A LOT more fuel if needed.

Are you sure you're measuring it in the right place?skatanic28 wrote:my fuel pressure didnt change when i switched to the 255lph, and i've seen the same with a couple others as well.
