So I live in CT and fall is in full effect. Money is a little tight right now but I think i can squeeze out a paint job for my front lip thats been sitting for like 2 months now. I also want to lower it with eibachs before this 189 price passes by.

I am worried about snow/scrapping etc since i live in new england. I dont want to scrape together this cash just to have this lip installed and have it look like CRAP in the spring after the winter. What are yall thoughts? Will new england winter destroy my lowered/lipped A/C?

If you're worried about scraping but want to get in on the good deal, why not pick up the springs now and install in the Spring?

I kind of wanted to do the lip/springs at the same time, but when you put it that simply it sounds like a good compromise =P

And the lip doesnt really lower the front clearance any right? So its not like ill be plowing any streets with my lip and no springs right?

I'm not sure what difference it makes since you will face the same issues next winter as you would this winter.

The front lip shouldnt lower your ground clearance - it just extends forward from the bottom edge of the bumper. The springs will be what effects you most. Good Luck.
