Wahlbro 255, FPR, and Spark Plugs, oh my!

This weekend we are throwing in the Walhbro 255, FPR and Spark Plugs.

I'm just curious what people have found is the:

1) Best gap for the spark plugs?

and

2) Is the best psi for the fuel pressure regulator?

i run .32-.35 gaps and FPR pressure have no clue check the FSM
