Um no. I don't live in a gay a** subdivision. Something about the houses only being ~8~16ft apart just doesn't seem right too me.

Um.. there's ~200 ft on east and west between me and neighbors. ~400ft on south between neighbor. and ~300ft to the road to north of house. I don't like being so close to the neighbors

Okay. I don't really like the way that people are living now. They're paying $200k for these box cutter houses on 0.25acre lots. it's stupid

Yeah, but people never use their yards, so they figure.. just make the house bigger.

Before my parents hired landscapers, I used to be the lawn boy. Thank goodness thats over. The lot is annoyingly big and has steep inclines and swamp-like parts.

The yard was last used by my stepbrother and his friends to blow up stuffed animals. The neighbor's poodles use it as a toilet.

HIRE AN ARCHITECT!! We need to make a living too, and we can design a house and yard that WORKS for regular people, not some cookie cutter tract house bs. At least a good architect can, a s*** one will just give you a cookie cutter piece of s***

We actually use our yard though. There's a volley ball court, horse shoe "range" batchee ball court, and basically enough room to play a half lenght football game

I know what you mean, but it's kind of a special made court, you know? Peaks and valleys throughout, very few actual smooth paths to get mor then 15ft. It makes it alot more difficult, and frustrating
