W series block with Non modified head?

I have 2 z31's (1986 and 1988) and am exchanging the blocks from my '86 to the '88.

The heads from the '86 will go on the '88 and I will be running an '86 head gasket. Will this work? All pulleys from the '88 will be used on the block and it will be dropped into the '86. Found a chart online, but I’d like to clarify if this combination will work.

Also, intake piping and exhaust piping from 86 will be used.
