is it true that if you upgrade the turbo on the S14 motor that the VVT will blow?

Well, put it this way. Learn what vvt really is and then figure out the logic yourself. Do yourself a favor and click the search button at the top right. Type in VVT and there should be another old post where I gave a nice and long explanation on what vvt actually is. The name on the subject line should also be "vvt" I think.
