VTC degree at which cams advance(rb25det)help!!

hey guys posted this in the rb-240sx forum but no luck. Does any one here know the degree at which the cams advance, someone told me it was 20deg. sam as sr20 but figured I'd go to the experts. Any and all info is greatly appreciated.
