vss or cluster gauge

alright gangters heres whats going. as of late my speedo says i'm driving 35 all the time unless i'm on the interstate, then i'm going 130!! what the hell is wrong? i've being driving off my tach for the past 2 months.

been doin the same for a year. dont think its your vss. but there is a way to test em. id start by taking out your cluster and making sure the connections are good. then follow the wiring to the sensor and make sure the wiring/connections are good
