vsc randonly lites up and won't go over 5mph

OK, my wife's pathfinder has had the ecm relay recall service done and the truck randomly lights up the CSC and slip lights and the truck won't go over 5 mph?? I had it towed to the dealer they told me I needed a new ECM $1400 installed?! I looked online and saw you could swap the relays in the ECM so I went to the dealer and tried it. The truck worked so I drove it home. Now I still get the random VDC lights, but I re-key it and it clears. It was raining the day It wouldn't clear. Could this be a bad ground somewhere? The truck runs great otherwise.

Sorry, its an '06. I cleaned the grounds and I still get the vsc light, but no strandings. The 0605 code is on (bad ECM!?). I runs great, I mean really great when I don't have the limp-home mode on. Very frustrating. I'm going to check the crank position sensor next.

Were you having problems before the relay swap? If so, what were they?

Yeah, the truck has randomly gone into limp-mode ever since we owned it, just a nuiscense, but since I took I to the dealer, it won't reset, and now the VSC light comes on every third key on. I found a place in TX that fixes Nissan ECMs. I'm going to try them, $250.
