My car's cam chain jumped a few teeth, which bent the intake valve.
i had the head redone with new valves and shims. put a new genuine cam chain set on.
Checked timing on timing marks, which chain mask applicable on marks.
Started engine and engine wont run pass 2700rpm, and sounds bad, error code appeared P1136
changed vvti Controller, checked wiring and all is good. Still get P1136 code, checked vvt gear and all seems the same as other bank.
I have done a oil change as well.
I have done that already, i have also had it on a diagnostic checking the timing on the2 vvt gears, attachment with.

so not sure where the next step is, and to send it to the dealer will be costly

Bank2 isn't changing angle at all even though the ECM is commanding it to. That generally means the IVT solenoid is open-circuit, either due to a bad coil or a connection problem. The solenoid could also be stuck mechanically or hydraulically (i.e., a jammed shuttle or not getting any oil), or, since it's right after a repair, the phaser could have a bad/missing seal ring.
