The new VQ35HR engine will be used in the 2007 G35 Sedan and the 2007 350Z.
The G35 Coupe will keep the VQ35DE for the time being, likely being the first recipient of the new 3.7 liter derivation in 2008.

I'm assuming the R means supercharged, but what's the H mean?

Based on initial photos released of the 07 G35 Sedan, it will have a 7500 RPM redline. While it's still essentially a VQ, it was redesigned to be stronger, smoother and more efficient. No specifics have been released, but with the new SAE HP measurement standards and it being claimed to have more than 300 HP, it sould at the very least be more powerful then any current VQ.
