VQ35HR Intake Manifold torque specs and pattern

I am about to undertake putting new spark plugs into my G35 and have read I will need to remove the intake manifold to access the plugs.
I have not been able to find the torque specifications and tightening pattern for the 12 mm bolts to replace the manifold. Does anyone have this info? Thanks.
