VQ35DE exhaust manifold bolt seized

The bolt under the exhaust manifold on the drivers side on the middle cylinder is seized and starting to round out.

What can I do? My dremel does not fit and I'm contemplating just drilling the bolt from two side and crack it apart.

When you did the swap did you have manifolds off and not replace bolts or not torque correctly or was the exhaust manifold undisturbed?
