Hi just wanted to see if anyone knows if I can use a vq35de Exedy clutch and F1 racing flywheel on my 2007 vq35hr motor?

Is there any differences and if so what are they?

Thanks Steven

Have you tried to cross reference the clutch model numbers via the Exedy site to see if they list the same part number for both?

dont mess with the f1 stuff if you goggle theres mostly bad reviews about it not holding as well as stock even and even rumors that its actually just f1's house brand and they are illegally using the exedy name just to charge more for the exact same part

also a de flywheel will not allow a hr to start since theres a different crankshaft positioning sensor wheel on it, clutch itself MIGHT work but impossible to know without knowing spline count and offset from the transmission face only experimentation will tell.

i had a full f1 stg 4 in my vw jetta vr6 and i wasnt very satisfied with it. it didnt last very long at all and didnt like abuse. also when it got hot it just started to slip. but i never had issue's with their LWFW..it was 10lbs and it really made a nice difference. but none of this is applicable to your setup becuase from what im reading it wont work in the HR. but when you do buy another FW and clutch setup, i would seriously look at F1's LWFW's but nothing else from them
