Hi there. Long story short im going to be building a VQ for 07 G35. Goal is roughly 450+ hp/tq. Im new to the whole Nissan thing. Need some direction or point me in the direction of a shop that is in Colorado or near here that I can contact for help. I could probably build the engine myself (built several import and american engines over the past 8ish yrs with success everytime except Subaru EJ engines) but I have no idea what aftermarket manufacturers shops are using or recommending for pistons rods cams cranks valves etc. Im gonna be FI for sure just not sure if I want to go with a stillen kit or a tt kit.

Any advice would help. I was big in the Subaru world for a while but its just too costly to keep a 400+ whp Subaru together. Im hoping someone can help

Anything over 400hp will need transmission work as well. Something to consider. Not sure on local shops...

Thanks for the reply. I kinda had and idea that was coming too lol none of the import cars are meant to handle big power. Anyone else got anything I should be looking out for?
