VQ35DE Billet Camshaft Set and others

Says it will fit a 3.5L QX4.... will it?

I know I saw this thread somewhere, but what VQ35DE upgrades will fit a 3.5L QX4? I read somewhere that the engine has been modified so many parts will not fit.

Anyone know for sure what will and what won't fit? There is a lot of stuff for the 3.5L Maxima engine and would love to slap those upgrades onto my QX4.
