Does anyone know if an '05 VQ40 will swap directly into an '02 QX4 with a VQ35?
Presumably the engine management components and ECU would have to be swapped as well but is the mechanical fit identical?

I was thinking about trying swapping the vh45 block to fit in my vq35de and make my turbo path a 4.5L
will it be a good idea or is it not worth it?

4.5 v8, vs 3.5 v6 both with turbos, yeah the v8 is going to rip alot more.

Im thinking about swapping just the block. would the vq40 or vh45 be a better choice. Or which would be better for my application (turbo)?
