Not to discourage you, but I personally wouldn't do the VQ35DE Swap.
The extra 75 HP is nice, but you'll be running into a lot of head aches if you do it yourself.
If you have a few grand and some expert help, then it might be worth it, but I don't think this is a DIY swap with a few craftsman tools.
If your state doesn't have the emissions regulations, I would go with a y-pipe, intake, and some light weight rims. That should gain you around 25 hp and better acceleration for around $1000-$1500 vs the $500-$1000 for the engine, an ecu, and the time for labor. You'll also have to probably have to beef up the transmission or swap it with a 6th gen too.
