VQ30DE Swap to a 240Z

I am going to take my SCCA E-Production 240Z and go up in GT-2 class. I want to put in a V/6. I am allow to put in a VQ30DE out of a 2000/2001 Maxima. I have heard that you have to put the oil pan assy. out of a VQ35 and a Z33 transmission will bolt up. Would like any info, input ???
