VQ swap questions

Ive got a line on a VQ motor for free, so Im doing my homework. Its out of a Maxima I think, so its front wheel drive. Can I just get a RWD transmission and it all bolts up or will it not work? How about the intake setup? Basically, will this swap work in a 240?

i think you need a rwd ecu too, from a z or g35.

try and get the maxima ecu too.

You wil need to fab mounts and get 350z intake.

Yea, Im getting the motor, harness, and ECU. Ill need to get the transmission obviously. And then whatever parts to convert it. But, Im getting the motor for free, so even after all the stuff to convert it, I should come out even or better. Heres the other question... I remember a thread on here with a guy that did the VQ in a coupe. How did he solve the shifter issues? And for mounts, is there kits?
