Ok, can anyone explain this to me?

Alright, my original ROM's VQ map:

And here's what the S13's SR VQ map looks like:

What's with the little blip up at the top of my original and why it's slightly different?They should be the same, they're both S13 MAFS (22680-52F00).

It is an NA engine, but shouldn't the maps still be the same?
