VPP (Vehicle Purchase Program) - Anyone Use?

Because of my employer, I have an opportunity to use the Nissan/Infiniti VPP - Vehicle Purchase Program. I think it might be a cool deal.

Has anyone here used this program before? I do not often see mention of it online.

If so, should I contact more than one dealer? Can I negotiate anything after they make their offer? I have heard that some dealers can opt out of the program as well, so I'd like a quick poll if anyone has been treated poorly when using the program.
