I'd suggest using your wife's maiden name for a middle name ... assuming it's not something stupid or feminine.

And I'm a single syllable first name kind of guy, so I vote for Luke and Clark.

Maybe your mother or your wife mother's maiden name for a middle name. If I did that with my mom, my first child would have a middle name of Mason, which would be a pretty cool name to begin with, IMO.

Did that with my 2nd son ... which gave him the same middle name as my older brother.

My mom doesn't have a middle name, she just has 2 last names maiden and my stepfathers last name. I'm a big fan of European ethnic names and spellings. Nothing promotes your ancestry like naming your children like they would in the Old Country. Being that I'm Scot/Irish/English and German I have a lot of names that I can use, but I'm particularly fond of those from the Gealic community.

One recommendation. Be sure to consider the monogram. For example "Alan Smith Siegrist" does not have an ideal monogram...

I know one Ian and he eats too much and overspends.

Connor is a brand of poorly made hard drive.

Jeremy's spoken.

Lucas with the lid off.

Logan has claws. Sounds good.

Clark works as well. Clear, coherent, and free of negative connotations. I vote Clark.
Lucas Electrics is also why the British drink warm beer. (old British Leyland humor)..

Apparently, Logan means 'hollow' in gaelic. He should watch out for kids named Ichigo.http://babynamesworld.parentsc....html

Connor means "lover of hounds"?! Wtf? No.http://babynamesworld.parentsc....html

Ian means "gift from God" or "God is gracious". He'll grow up to be a man whore.http://www.babynology.com/meaning-ian-m56.html

Wolverine is cool and all, but I'm gonna have to go with Ian here. He'll thank you for being able to tell women than he's God's gift...
