I'm looking to purchase Vossen CV3's, I'm not sure what size I should buy to get the most concave setup and for it to fit my BBK's. I'm putting on 370z akebono brakes. If i get all around 20x10.5 I'm afraid I would require too much stretch and the front wont fit. Would getting 20x10 be concave enough? I couldn't find any pictures and will 20x10 fit the front without massive stretching or any type of fender work. My last choice would be to get the staggered fitment which is 20x9 in the front but I'm not sure what offset to get in order to clear the akebono brakes and 20x10.5 rear also not knowing which offset I should be getting. Can someone please assist me, I have no idea which wheels to get? :yesnod

I'm leaning towards 19x10 that'll def have good fit with abit stretch on both front and rear. +20 offset for the rear and +38 for front should be okay to clear the brakes hopefully. I'm just not sure what tire size to minimize tire gap 35 or 40?

What are the offsets for the 20x10 20x10.5 and 20x9 ?

Are you on coils or springs?

I'm definitely going with 19x10 +20 in the rear and +38 in the front. I'm on BC coils. I'm not sure what tire size I should be looking at. 245/35/19 or 245/40/19 OR EVEN 235/35/19 or 235/40/19. I'm not sure how wide I should be getting them to be close to speedometer and to fit neither do I know if 40 would be too big of a side wall and rub as well as cover all rear gap, because i know my front will def be covered.

yeah perfect, the concavity of the rear wheels is what im going for as for all 4 of my wheels. Those fronts are x9 or 8.5, I found 19x10's on a g37 and it looks awesome! so id prob go with the 245/35, as long as the stretch looks nice and sits flush with my fenders, my rears are always my concern cause even with my coils maxed out on 18's i have a 2 finger gap.

Actually front and rear are both x10 in that pic, just the angle makes the rear look more concave.

what are you guys feeling more 20's or 19'? I'm really indecisive lmao 20x10 +45 offset might give me a problem clearing akebono brakes though

If you want the same concavity front and rears, then go with the same setup front and rear. Simple as that. However, the 10.5 in the front will give you problems if you choose a low offset. You have too many things on your mind. You need to get the wheels to fit first and then worry about the akebonos. Lower offset + wide wheel = more concavity. +45 is like almost flat, I'd stay away from that.

I could just give you the perfect setup for it to work. But I like seeing people brain storm hehe. You're on the right track.

^ Offset actually doesn't affect the concavity with Vossen. I thought it did until I messaged them on FB and said it was only the width which affected it, could be wrong info though, idk.

Lol I remember when Dangeris called them up for a set and they told him "Vossens won't fit an altima." It definitely does affect it.

@LI princess, i bought em on thenismoshop.com, already purchased. I just need to get them fitted into my car, my shop is able to do it.

@Sano, Yeah i have a lot on my mind because of all the confusion, The picture Bricci is showing are 20x10 and vossen cv3's are only made with +45 offset in that size which means I don't think the concavity is affected on the cv3's, unless I go for 20x10.5. Therefore the 20x10's still look nice. What would I need to run all 4 20x10.5, as far as tires and the offsets with just fender rolling AND thinking far ahead to clear the brakes because if I don't clear them I'm going to end up having to buy spacers which will mess everything up that were going over! and last but not least whats that setup you're thinking of!? :naughty:

I ended up doing 19x10 all around. +38 for front and +20 for rear. I'm going to put em on Monday hopefully i don't need too much stretch and wont encounter too much problems

forgot to update everyone, wheels has been officially put on as of monday. NO PROBLEMS, slammed on BC coils removed all locking rings around my coils and adjusting camber plates for the front abit. 19x10 +38 front and 19x10 +20 rear with 245/35/19 tires all around. :chuckle: will be uploading pics very soon after brake installation
