i would be carefull if i were you. you dont want to go anything over the one step down pully. the next pulley will make 9-10psi. in some instances this pulley will spike at 12psi. this is bad....this will cause your early det.

you will need larger injectors for the next step up pulley. if you dont do this you will loose an injector(it will fail) much sooner then l8r. on the 'stock' vortech setup you are already over maxing the stock injectors at 157%.

With more boost comes more fuel (unless you like pistons frozen in place by your rings). along with the injectors i would get rid of the vortech in-line fuel pump and your in tank pump, oh, and the vortech fmu. once you get rid of these i would drop in a Walbro 255lph in tank pump with the 440cc or more injectors. its much more reliable this way and will create a better fuel curve to tune with a stable slope.

and last but not least......get someone whom knows wtf they are doing with a tune. if you are looking for a good tune for the vortech send me a message some time.....i go MIA from time to time here on NICO.

Be careful you don't over spin the supercharger (SC 53,000 RPM MAX) . That could cause the bearings to fail. The 2.87 pulley does over spin the blower and the 3.12 is safe but spins the blower at its MAX RPM. A 2.75 pulley would slip and cause the blower to fail.

Typically for every pulley size you go down you gain about 2 PSI.

3.12 is the "safe" option...if you run anything smaller regardless of your mods you still run the risk of the belt slipping
