Voltage to ignitor connector?

what should the voltage be at the ignitor when cranking.the 5 pin plugwhen removed and checking voltage im getting a max of 1.5v at each of the 4 pins im checking and the ground is good to the center pin.

Had the car running good but didnt have the ignitor bolted to anything while i was running it .Just need to know what that voltage should to be?

well i followed the ignition signals and dont see any burnt items on the ecu - here are the pics of the ecu





also this is the ecu that cam with my motorset can you tell what its actually from
