voltage stabilizer??

i know it's ebay...but do you guys think it works?? they say it'll increase torque or power to electronics, so im guessing it's an amplifier or some sort. is this like an ignition system amplifier?

it should just filters the electricty, getting rid of any big spikes/dips in the flow.

personally, I think it's crap. cars run just fine without that thing, and amps filter their power internally anyway.

haha...yeah seriously. if anything i would think it damages a car's electrical system since it "boosts" voltage to ALL components, and not just the ignition system.
