Hmm possibly a current draw somewhere..sucks a lot to go find it..you can do some easy things first..-clean battery terminals good..brush/sandpaper..-clean off ground wire.(off the negative there will be a wire follow that its grounded to chasis..you can remove the bolt clean with brush/-turn off stereo/amp to eliminate it

-If you have/know anyone with a multimeter you can test things alternator..batteryI've seen some s13s have issues with similiar probablems mainly pulsing lights..rear hatch corrosion/bad contact on some wire..

only if urs is bad if the car is stock ur fine with what the factory put in but do clean all the reminals and clamps first to eliminate the easy things

most importantly what battery did u put in cause if its a walmart battery im not surprised their cheap and work for the money u paid i have an optima they make all the diff i very highly recomend them amazing batteries and a nice price too but well worth it and look impressive i might add
