Voice Tags No Longer Recognized

I am having an issue with my 2007 M35. When I say "dial Home" the system responds "dial 0". I get number responses from the other voice tags too. I have been using the system for years with no problems. The dealer says it's the Control Assembly (p/n 25915-EJ37B), a $3,600+ part! Can this be? It doesn't sound correct. I read the forum and saw a few folks with similar issues but no solutions. I'd like some help here if one of you Infiniti electronics Guru's can assist!

Interesting, I also have a 2007 and have noticed it's been a bit 'flakely' lately. Just figured it was me and changed the name tags...from "Home Phone" to "House Phone" and such. Seems to work again...
