do you guys out there running with vlsd's on your 240's use any kind of additive in your vlsd, and if so what kind?

you cannot use any additive for viscous couple, because that "module" is not serviceable and only diff oil can be changed for main gears.anyway vlsd sucks, buy a clutch type lsd, it is not so expensive in us&a.

I've got a VLSD in my Maxima from the factory. I recently did a clutch upgrade and I switched over to Mobil1 synthetic gear oil.

okay cool i've heard that before just wanted to make sure, but do you guys know how much gear oil do i have to drop in?
