vlsd swap....just wanna make sure...

i went to the junk yard and for $250 i got a 94 j30 vlsd and the rear hubs out of a 91 300zx.

i'm about to swap the j30 vlsd and jsut wanted to make sure that the only thing i'll need is the 5 bolt axles. my 240 has abs so the driveshaft should bolt right up correct? anything else i need to cover?

95 240sx btw
