hey guys I need help, I have a 1995 j30 vlsd its 6 bolt. My question is will it bolt up to my 91 s13 5-speed, and will i have to get different axles. Any help is apreciated. What kind of fluid can i use in the diff.

The J30 has the five bolt axles so if your 240SX has the six bolt axles then you will need five bolt axles.

Some J30s have 6 bolt axles, so those will drop right in. I believe they are 95 and 96's or they are 96 and 97's I dont remember. But two years do have the right flanges.

But if you have a j30 5 bolt diff then you need j30 5 bolt axles. If you dont know what we are talking about look at your j30 diff and jack up your 240 and look at your stock one.
