VLSD S14 K's into 95 240sx

Will a VLSD from an S14 K's model fit the US 95 240sx?

It should just make sure that the S14 SE axles have the same pattern as the output shafts on the VLSD. I bleive the S14 has a three prong look with two bolts on each "prong". If they aren't the same then you would need Silvia K's axles if you wanted the K's VLSD that much.
