vlsd or 3inch exhaust?

i was wondering what would be the bestbolt on between the vlsd and say a n1 catback exhaust for my s14(red top)ive got all the need boltons and im split on which one of the two will give the most gains im gonna get it in the next couple of days but just torn between the two i can use your opinon big time on this delima thanks guys

as far as power gains the exhaust...they really open up the powerband

the vlsd will just make you hook up better, if its in good working order

because i would make fun of you if you got a VLSD before you get exhaust. the sr won't run worth a crap on the restrictive stock 240 exhaust.

3in is fine unless you have that much gas flowing out that you need a 4in
