VLSD not working?

So my VLSD isn't working like it used to...if im turning right, i can do a fatty clutch dump and the inside right just spins, even turning hella hard...its back to open dif style drifting...and its irritating. left is easy, but it likes to keep going now.

A friend mentioned a rebuild kit, and im wondering if hes retarded or if there out there. I haven't ever heard of one, and i cant seem to find anything on them.

sounds like u burnt it out, the viscous clutch packs burn up eventually not allowing it to lock up properly, i havent seen anyone rebuild one but im not sayin it cant be done, i would just buy a new or used one, i sold one recently, just the vlsd itself no pumpkin or input shafts for $160, so there not too expensive to replace
