Hi everyone!

I found a rolling mint 240sx s13 shell (yep, an american shell here, where we mostly have european s13's and jdm's) for part-out and I'm wondering what kind of diff does it have? Could it possibly have a vlsd? if so, how to check that?

I'd take the whole shell but I have no place to store another s13

Any help appreciated.

Spin one of the wheels, if the other one spins in the same direction, it's a vlsd.

usdm 240's have the r200 diff...another way to check if it is an lsd is it will have a small orange sticker above the fill hole on the diff warning you to use the right lubricant and additives, open diffs dont have this sticker
