vlsd fluid change?

I searched to find a write up on it and no luck, I need to change the fluid in mine and Im not sure what the specific amount of fluid is required and the differnt types i could use. any help is appreciated, thanx

there are two plugs, each have a square hole for a 1/2 wrench. u drain through one, hook up a hose to the bottle and squirt through the other. you can get some redline fluid, or go to any store and get some gear oil for the proper weight, which i think is 80w90. it should be in the owners manual
