Visor clips

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Trying to get settled in my week old EX35 and wanted to slip my handicap sticker in the sun visor clip on the drivers side. I gently pulled on it thinking it was hinged and it broke off it my hand! Has anyone else that happen? It seems it is just a pressure clip. It broke off clean and the sun visor looks a little better without it. Very cheap workmanship.

Congrats on the brand new addition, sorry to hear about your luck with your visor clip.

Are you talking about the one above the drivers vanity mirror?(If not maybe a pic will help)

Many dealers will replace that without an issue. That is a good place to store parking tags, although way too many people leave large tags dangling dangerously from the rear view mirror, I applaud your efforts to drive safer.

I would like to Welcome you to the group, a little late.

The visor clip is the one visible when the visor is up and stored. It is a small plastic clip attached to the visor side towards the center of the vehicle. There is one on each of the visors. I only have a ticket clip over the vanity mirror when the visor is down on the passenger side.

Sorry to hear this. Maybe the dealer will replace this under warranty.

I never even noticed that those plastic pieces could be used as clips... that'll be useful for holding parking stubs.

Maybe, he turned it into a clip when he broke it.
